Capabilities
01 Structural & Remedial Works
Underpinning, structural rectification, concrete cancer, waterproofing and facade repair. We diagnose the cause before we price the cure, and we work to your engineer's specification or prepare one where none exists.
02 Renovations & Extensions
Additions, second storeys and whole home renovations on buildings that are often heritage affected and still occupied.
03 Custom Homes & Knockdown Rebuilds
Knockdown rebuilds and ground up construction, delivered lump sum or as design and construct with our own consultants. Constrained sites, difficult access and steep blocks are normal work for us.
04 Labour & Plant Hire
Carpenters, apprentice carpenters and labourers supplied to other builders, by the day or block booked: our own PAYG employees, on our workers compensation. Plus diggers, bobcats, a Hiab truck, a 14m Manitou and a 14m boom lift, with an operator or machine only.
05 Inspections & Defect Reports
A licensed builder inspects the property, ranks every defect by priority and prices the rectification. Useful before you buy, before you sign off a build, or when you need a scope an insurer or strata committee will accept.
06 Drafting & Engineering Design
Drawings and engineering for an extension, a renovation or a new home, done in house. Open to homeowners and anyone else who needs them, whether or not we build it.

We attend site, establish what is actually wrong and put the scope in writing before anyone talks about price.
Estimate and de-risk
Priced line by line with the assumptions stated. Provisional items are named and capped, never buried in the total.
Build and hand over
Supervised on site, reported weekly, and handed over with documentation, warranties and a defects period we answer.
